We are ALMOST there!!!! No sooner than I posted on the blog earlier about our Easter weekend, I got an email from Holt. Landon is scheduled for his visa physical on Wednesday. THIS Wednesday. As in 2 (TWO) days from now. Actually, it will be tomorrow in Korea since the time difference is 13 hours. Oh.My.Gosh.Y'all. This is finally happening. Once Landon's physical is done, the doctor will determine if he has any special needs that we need to be aware of. IF there are any special needs the doctor feels that we need to be aware of, Landon could be required a class B waiver. This would be emailed from Korea to Holt in Oregon, they would email it to us, we print several copies, sign, date, and have them notarized and overnight them right back stating that we are aware of this need and still want to proceed with his adoption. This could delay us one week. If he doesn't have to have a class b, then his packet 3 will be sent from the embassy in Korea back to the national visa center in the US and he'll go for his visa interview and as soon as that is done, travel call (TC)! Travel calls normally happen within about 1.5-2 WEEKS after the visa physical is done unless there is a class b waiver, which adds an additional week.
We're coming Landon! SOON!!! I've got to go wash his clothes and get to packing!!!!
YAH!!! SO glad to hear more great news! Are you ready lady!?!?! Not long now, plan, pack, do whatever it is you need to do. Then go get him and come home to enjoy it!!! :) CONGRATS MAMA....ALMOST THERE! :)
