Weekend Getaway

We had planned on going to Dollywood a couple weekends ago but when we arrived, it was insanely packed (nothing unusual there on a Saturday). So we turned around and headed to Pigeon Forge for some race cars, lunch, and then headed to the campground my parents stay at to spend the afternoon with them and their dog Harley. We still had fun even though we had to change plans.

After we left, we swung by Walmart and picked up a few things in preparation for our upcoming trip to the beach. This hat was one of them.....

 

Passed out on the way home.....

 

We made a beach countdown. One shell per day gets placed in the glass jar. When all of the shells are gone from the bag and in the jar, it's time for the beach!
