Things about Landon.....

Just wanted to document a few things about our sweet boy. It's been a long time since I've updated the blog. He definitely keeps us on our toes at all times. He's all boy. He loves all things noisy. He loves trucks, cars, dumptrucks, mactrucks, school buses, 4-wheelers, motorcycles. Basically anything with wheels. He loves catching "fly flies" (butterflies) and insects to put in his insect catcher. He is not afraid of ANYthing. And by anything, I mean anything that we have found! Fireworks, loud noises, popping balloons, heights, water, thunder, storms, nothing. Not afraid of any of it. We've yet to find his fear. He's finally starting to talk up a bunch. He loves to talk. He will pretty much attempt any word that you ask him to say now. Whereas before, it was like pulling teeth to get him to say ANYthing. The phrase he says the most is "thank you". He's learning well. :) He loves Disney's Cars, Nemo, Mickey Mouse, and Phineas and Ferb. We're in the process of planning a few vacations for next year and we have one coming up in a few weeks with my family to go to Disney. With Landon finally talking, it's going to be fun! We're staying in the new Art of Anim@tion resort in a Cars suite. I cannot wait to see Landon's reaction when we get there. He's finally letting us read to him now and loves to pick out books for us to read together before bed. He's a very good eater. He does not eat like any kids I know. He loves vegetables, fruits, and meat. Not much on breads and potatoes, but there's not a whole lot of foods that he won't eat, which is nice. He loves chicken, steak, rice, broccoli, peas, tuna, carrots, cucumbers, pickles, spaghetti, lasagna, all fruits, and yogurt. We're currently working on shapes, colors, and numbers. That's about all I can think of for now since someone is hollering for me. :)

  1. WTG Landon! Love it when they overflow with a lot of great newbies!! It's amazing how much they learn so fast, and how much they "don't" fear! Love this post! :)
